浅鎮静での管理下では、鎮静剤中断を行っても抜管までの期間を短縮しなかった。

2) Hydroxyethyl starch or saline for fluid resuscitation in intensive care

ICU内で補液負荷が必要なとき6%HES（130/0.4）を用いても 90 日死亡率は低下せず、腎代替療法が必要になることが多かった。

大腿骨骨幹部骨折の早期根治的治療は入院日数を短くできたが、ARDS発生率/死亡率に関しての影響は不明である。

CV bundleでCLABSIは減少、しかも介入後も効果が1年以上継続した。

有病率に関係なく4Ts scoreが3点以下であればNPVは非常に高値であり、HITを除外できる可能性が高い。
